JOHN MCCABE

Vice President & General Manager, Ready-Mix & Chairman of Innocon Group Board

John McCabe has been Vice President & General Manager, Ready-Mix in Eastern Canada for over 10 years. Prior to that, John held a number of roles within Lafarge and its subsidiaries, such as President, Innocon Group, Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Ready-Mix, Eastern Canada, and Group RMX Performance Manager.

John has 36 years of experience in the Cement and Ready-Mix Business in Europe and North America, with experience in marketing, operational management and business planning. 

From 2010 to 2011, he was Chair of the RMCAO (Readymix Association of Ontario) and is now a Board member. He was also Chair RMCAO Environment Committee from 2007 to 2012. In the early 2000s, he was UK Marketing Representative CEMBUREAU. Lastly, he was also Pension Trustee - Teamsters GTA Local 230. 

He is known for his strong leadership at Lafarge's Eastern Canada division and enjoys coaching, with a particular interest in leadership development.
