TINA LARSON

Vice President, Manitoba & Saskatchewan

Tina Larson has been at the forefront of Lafarge Canada's Manitoba and Saskatchewan markets since 2020, having spent over 12 years with the organization. She commenced her career as the General Manager for Concrete Pipe, spending four years in that role before being elevated to the position of West Canada's Health and Safety Director. Five years later, she took on her current role, where she continues to inspire her team to remain steadfast in their pursuit of excellence.

Tina has spearheaded several groundbreaking projects, forged mutually beneficial partnerships with industry peers, and worked alongside community-centric organizations, including Fort Whyte Alive, Norquay School, and Habitat for Humanity.

Before joining Lafarge, Tina garnered valuable industry experience at Weyerhaeuser for 16 years across numerous positions. Tina's scholastic achievements include B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Alberta. She has also been a champion for women in construction, regularly mentoring them toward realizing their potential within the industry.
